SUPPORT

 As you prepare to welcome your little one to the family, we will support you by answering any questions you may have. Even if you just need to vent or have a few concerns that you want to chat about, your doula will be available via phone, text, and email. During this time we will also work on identifying your birth preferences. we'll provide the resources and information you need to make a plan that is right for you. Physical support and comfort measures are an important detail that we will also focus on. Exploring the options available to you can help you decide what is best for you. 

 No matter where or how you choose to give birth, your doula will be there to support you and your support system. If your partner, friend or family member needs a break, we'll be there with you every step of the way, including the first few hours immediately following the birth. 

 Postpartum doula support helps you to make a smoother transition into your new normal. Whether this is the birth of your first or your fifth baby, finding your rhythm isn't always black and white.  Our focus during this time is supporting you through the gray areas, and helping with the things that sometimes get overlooked. Your recovery and rest is just as much a priority as your new baby is. Having extra help is always a good thing. 

We are here to provide traditional nannies services or childcare and emotional support to older siblings while parents are away for the birth of the new baby and during the postpartum period. Having the right support can help your older child(ren) prepare to welcome their new sibling and feel more involved. Your older child(ren) may need support transitioning into their new role as big brother or sister. 

Having a sibling doula or nanny on-call means you don't have to worry about having reliable care anytime of day or night.

Planning for a successful lactation journey is so important. Services include prenatal breastfeeding education, postpartum support, and transitioning to solids. Lactation support is available both in-person and virtually.  

Virtual doula support is a way to get the support you need even during these trying times. Video visits, email, text, and phone support may be a better fit for your situation.  Virtual support is offered individually or in a group setting. Access support the way you need it, when you need it.
